Welcome to The Pet Parent Studio!

These Terms & Conditions explain the general rules and expectations associated with using our website, accessing our content, purchasing digital products or merchandise, and participating in our community.

1. About The Pet Parent Studio
The Pet Parent Studio provides digital pet organization resources, pet-parent community experiences, pet-inspired merchandise, and related content.

Our offerings may include:

  • Printable pet care binders, journals, checklists, and organizational resources.

  • The Pet Parent Newsletter.

  • The Pet Parent Club membership community.

  • Milo-inspired merchandise.

  • The Pet Parent Hub, a digital pet management application currently in development.

Products, features, availability, and pricing may change over time.

2. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically through our designated sales platform, currently Stan.

Unless otherwise specified, purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own personal purposes. Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, or represented as your own original work without written permission.

Purchases do not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying materials.

3. Payments and Refunds
Prices and payment details are displayed through the applicable checkout platform. Payments are processed by third-party providers according to their payment terms.

Refund eligibility for digital products is governed by the refund policy disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable consumer protection laws.

Due to the digital nature of our downloadable products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. 4. Pet Parent Club Membership
The Pet Parent Club is a paid community intended to help pet parents connect, share experiences, and access applicable membership resources.

Memberships are managed through Stan. Current membership pricing, included benefits, billing frequency, and applicable conditions are displayed on the membership checkout page.

Membership benefits may evolve over time. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.

5. Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership through the applicable membership management or checkout platform.

Cancellation and renewal conditions are governed by the terms disclosed during enrollment, subject to applicable law. Where the membership terms provide continued access through the end of a paid billing period, that access will remain available according to those terms. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the applicable refund policy, cancellation does not automatically entitle a member to a refund for a billing period already paid.

6. Community Guidelines
The Pet Parent Club is intended to be a welcoming and respectful space.

Members are expected to:

  • Treat other members with kindness and respect.

  • Avoid harassment, bullying, discrimination, or threatening behavior.

  • Respect other members' privacy and personal information.

  • Avoid spam, unauthorized promotions, and misleading content.

  • Share only content they have the right to post.

We may moderate or remove content, restrict participation, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the community or enforce these guidelines, subject to applicable law.

Members remain responsible for the content they choose to share.

7. Merchandise
Milo-inspired merchandise may be available through Printify or other designated storefronts.

Product pricing, shipping costs, estimated delivery times, return eligibility, and fulfillment conditions are governed by the terms presented through the applicable merchandise storefront. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and store policies before ordering.

8. Pet Care Information Disclaimer
The Pet Parent Studio provides educational, organizational, lifestyle, and community resources.

Our content and products are not substitutes for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Pet owners remain responsible for making decisions about their animals' health, safety, and care. Always consult a qualified veterinarian regarding medical concerns. In an emergency, contact your veterinarian or an appropriate emergency veterinary facility.

We do not guarantee that any checklist, journal, binder, or other resource contains every item of information required for an individual pet or situation.

9. The Pet Parent Hub
The Pet Parent Hub is currently in development.

Descriptions of upcoming features are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee a particular release date or feature availability. Before the Hub becomes publicly available, additional terms may be introduced addressing user accounts, uploaded content, data storage, acceptable use, and account termination. Users should not rely on an unreleased or unavailable Hub as their sole source of important pet information.

Unless otherwise stated, The Pet Parent Studio's original written content, product designs, downloadable resources, branding, and other original materials are owned by The Pet Parent Studio or used with appropriate permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit protected materials without authorization, except as permitted by applicable law or the applicable product license.

11. External Links and Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party services, including Stan, Printify, social media platforms, and other external resources. We are not responsible for the independent content, availability, transactions, or policies of those third-party services.

Use of external services may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
